Workplace Policies for Supervisors is a 1.5 hour long webinar that will assist you with situations dealing with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Attorney Crystal Clark of Thomas Thomas & Hafer will explain the basic requirements of these laws and how they relate to an employers' drug-free workplace policy. Ms. Clark is a partner with the firm's main office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She has practiced in employment and civil rights litigation since passing the Pennsylvania bar in 2003, and has extensive experience in litigating these cases in both federal and state courts, as well as the EEOC and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
