The fourth step toward creating a drug-free workplace is to provide employees with comprehensive and engaging learning opportunities that empower them with confidence and knowledge. Drug-Free WorkPlace Solutions offers a full range of programs, delivered online using a dynamic on-demand video learning system. Member companies may purchase individual training programs on a per-employee basis, or multi-employee packages at a discount. Once programs are purchased, they may be assigned to individual employees as needed.

Drug-Free WorkPlace Solutions offers complete online learning programs for the following topics:

    •    Employee training
    •    Supervisor training
    •    Reasonable suspicion training

Employees experience the entire program online, beginning with a welcome screen that presents them with the training program(s) to which they have been assigned. Then, they proceed through a series of modules – each of which can be completed on its own, at any time. Each module consists of a short video presentation, followed by a series of straightforward quiz questions. After employees pass the quiz pertaining to each module, they are recognized for having successfully completed the program and are presented with a printable completion certificate.

Employers benefit from an online administration console that allows them to add and edit employees, purchase and assign trainings, and review printable reports on the status of training programs.
